Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their orders within 48 hours after placing the order, as long as the products have not been shipped. Any cancellation requests received after this time frame may not be accepted.

3. If an order cannot be canceled after 48 hours, we recommend that customers contact us for a return after receiving the goods.

5. Order modifications: If customers wish to modify an order instead of canceling it, they must contact us within the cancellation window. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications, depending on supply availability and any potential additional costs.
